🌟 99 Names of Allah (Asma-ul-Husna)

The beautiful names of Allah give us hope, comfort, and strength in pain. Some names especially helpful in hard times:

(All 99 names can be read, but these bring special comfort during pain.)

🧭 How to Recite the Names in Pain

  1. After prayers or in the morning/night – repeat them slowly, like “Ya Saboor” (O Patient One), “Ya Rahman” (O Most Compassionate).
  2. Understand the meaning – don’t just say, also feel the meaning in your heart. Example: When you say “Ya Shafi,” believe Allah is the true healer.
  3. Make dua with the names – for example:
    • “Ya Saboor, give me patience.”
    • “Ya Shafi, give me healing.”
    • “Ya Salam, give me peace.”
  4. Repeat daily – even if just 10–100 times each. Consistency gives peace and builds trust in Allah.
  5. Combine with Quranic verses – read a verse about patience, then call upon Allah by His name.

🌱 Simple Truth:
The Quran teaches that pain is a test, not a punishment. Allah’s names remind us that He is Merciful, Loving, Patient, and a Healer. If we keep patience and remember Him, pain becomes lighter and reward becomes greater.

🌟 Teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ About Pain and Patience

1. Pain is a Way of Forgiveness

The Prophet ﷺ said that whenever a believer feels pain – whether it is sickness, sadness, or worry – Allah uses it to forgive sins. Even a small prick of a thorn becomes a source of reward if you are patient.

👉 Lesson: Your pain is not wasted. It is washing away sins and bringing you closer to Allah.

2. Patience is Half of Faith

The Prophet ﷺ taught that patience (sabr) is one of the greatest qualities of a believer. He said:

“No one is given a gift better and wider than patience.”

👉 Lesson: Patience is not weakness. It is the strongest tool to survive difficulties.

3. Pain is a Test of Love from Allah

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When Allah loves a servant, He tests him.”

👉 Lesson: Pain does not mean Allah is angry. Sometimes, it means Allah wants to raise your level, make you stronger, and bring you closer to Him.

4. Support Each Other in Pain

The Prophet ﷺ taught that believers are like one body. If one part hurts, the whole body feels it. That means we should care for others in pain, just like we care for ourselves.

👉 Lesson: Do not face pain alone. Be kind, help others, and allow others to help you.

5. Turn to Prayer and Dua

The Prophet ﷺ always turned to Allah in pain. He would pray, make dua, and remember Allah’s names. He taught us special duas for sickness, sadness, and difficulties.

👉 Lesson: Pain becomes lighter when we connect to Allah with dua and prayer.

🌿 Duas for Pain and Difficulty

Here are some simple duas the Prophet ﷺ taught. You can recite them when you feel pain.

English Meaning:
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the difficulty. Heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness.

👉 Recite this for yourself or for someone sick.

3. Dua in Times of Worry and Sadness

English Meaning:
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and sadness. I seek refuge in You from weakness and laziness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess. I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and from being overpowered by people.

👉 Recite this when you feel emotionally weak or under pressure.

4. Dua for Patience and Strength

Arabic:

🌟 Simple Truth

🔥 Strong Conclusion by Shoaib Nasir

“O People of the World, listen carefully…

Every human feels pain. It does not matter if you are rich or poor, strong or weak, man or woman — pain comes to all of us. Pain is the universal language of life. But I tell you today: Pain is not your enemy. Pain is your greatest teacher.

When life gives you pain, it is not trying to destroy you. It is trying to build you, shape you, and wake you up. Every great leader, every saint, every messenger, every brave soul who walked this earth — they all faced pain. And do you know why? Because diamonds are only made under pressure, and humans are only made strong through trials.

Do not run from pain. Outlast the pain. Stand tall. Cry if you must, but do not quit. Because beyond this mountain of suffering lies a garden of peace, success, and greatness.

Look at history — Imam Hussain (A.S) faced pain with courage, Jesus (A.S) faced pain with love, Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) faced pain with patience, Buddha faced pain with wisdom. And what did they leave behind? A light for all of humanity.

So remember, my brothers and sisters: Your pain is not the end of your story. It is the beginning of your power.

👉 When you feel pain in your body, know that your soul is growing.
👉 When you feel pain in your heart, know that your spirit is being purified.
👉 When you feel pain in your journey, know that success is waiting just ahead.

Stand firm. Walk forward. Lift others who are hurting. And say to yourself every single day:
“I will not be broken. I was created to rise. My pain will turn into power. My struggle will turn into strength. My story will turn into light for the world.”

This is my final message to you, from my heart to yours:
Do not curse your pain. Transform it. Do not fear your suffering. Outlast it. Do not doubt yourself. You are stronger than you think.

And when humanity finally understands this truth, there will be no weak, no hopeless, no lost soul — only brave hearts, shining souls, and united people walking together in light.

Remember forever…
Pain is temporary. Growth is eternal. Success is waiting.
